Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pureed fruit e.g. strawberry, raspberry, blueberry or mango
  • 1 cup Liquid e.g. filtered water, coconut water or milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Stevia granules
  • 6 tbsp Gelatin powder

Instructions

  • Place pureed fruit into a bowl for easy pouring
  • In a small saucepan whisk liquid with gelatin over low heat until dissolved. Do not boil
  • Pour gelatin into pureed fruit and whisk to prevent the gelatin setting in clumps
  • Add honey or stevia at this stage.
  • Pour mixture into moulds and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Notes

  1. You could add extra probiotic powder, protein powder, vanilla powder, bee pollen or maca - your choice!!
  2. Do note the mixture tastes a lot sweeter before it sets - so if you think it tastes too sweet - don't worry it doesn't taste as sweet once they are set!
  3. You can freeze them and they don't take long to defrost either! I find this is a great way to keep them - as you can then make this big batch and freeze. Otherwise, you need to eat them within 3-4 days when stored in the fridge.
