6tbspGelatin powder
Instructions
Place pureed fruit into a bowl for easy pouring
In a small saucepan whisk liquid with gelatin over low heat until dissolved. Do not boil
Pour gelatin into pureed fruit and whisk to prevent the gelatin setting in clumps
Add honey or stevia at this stage.
Pour mixture into moulds and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Notes
You could add extra probiotic powder, protein powder, vanilla powder, bee pollen or maca - your choice!!
Do note the mixture tastes a lot sweeter before it sets - so if you think it tastes too sweet - don't worry it doesn't taste as sweet once they are set!
You can freeze them and they don't take long to defrost either! I find this is a great way to keep them - as you can then make this big batch and freeze. Otherwise, you need to eat them within 3-4 days when stored in the fridge.
