EF #8 Jump Off the TTC Emotional Rollercoaster

Emotional Rollercoaster

This week I have a short episode for you! I have been away on holiday and been able to really relax and wind down from my day to day stressors, as well as those thoughts of trying to conceive. Just doing something different in a different place has literally been magical. I therefore wanted to talk about the emotional rollercoaster that you end up riding when you are trying to conceive month after month. Something that is all consuming even if we do not want it to be.
