You may or may not have heard of Vitex or otherwise known as Chasteberry. It is a herb that women are often recommended when they have menstrual problems, but there is quite bitty information and certainly different recommendations on how to take it. In this episode you will learn all about it and most importantly what the literature and also leading functional doctors and practitioners are recommending based on their clinical expertise.
In this episode I talk about:
- What Vitex is
- Five benefits of taking Vitex
- How Vitex works within the body
- Who is it not for?
- Recommended ways to take it
I also share some great upcoming interviews I have going on for you to look forward to!
Vitex can really help women with Endometriosis especially if you are trying to conceive and so this is a really useful herb to know more about and include as a tool to help balance your hormones.
If you have any questions, just email me at info@endofertilityspecialist.com as I am doing a Q&A episode, so if you have any experiences or questions about using Vitex then send them in and I will be sure to answer them!
