In this episode I share a great interview about the balance of microbes that live in and on the reproductive organs with Debbie Cotton from Invivo Healthcare. We dive into a lot of detail from how high estrogen and Endometriosis can affect the health of the vagina and reproductive microbial balance, and then how this can affect fertility.
This is such an important episode to listen to, as you could be experiencing some of these symptoms and not realising, and not done anything about it. Equally, if you haven’t but now understand what is normal and what is not, you then know when you need to seek help from your doctor.
Debbie an integrative psychotherapist, naturopath and herbalist. She is currently the Head of Clinical Education at Invivo Healthcare, a company who specialises in the human microbiome. She is a busy clinician and lecturer in the health sciences for over 15 years both in Australia and the UK.
