I wanted to share all my tried and tested recipes with you – so here they finally are!
I love cooking. I always have. My mother is a demon in the kitchen and I learnt from her from a young age! My favourite job in the world was as a chalet host at 18 years old, which then led me to chef in a number of restaurants and private venus before and post-university. I just never quite had the courage to open my own cafe or restaurant – though it has and still is a dream of mine! Being a military wife, that dream will have to wait a little longer!
My cooking these days is different from the traditional cooking I did when I was younger, it is now health-driven and I have learnt some amazing new techniques and ingredients. I do still like some of the classics, which I amend so they can be gluten and dairy-free!
